GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – After being closed for three years, a prime location in downtown Green Bay is reopening its doors to customers. Formerly known as Fox Heights, the restaurant will rebrand to Heights Pub & Parlor under new ownership. Located at 217 North Washington Street, it opened on Monday, serving up dishes and smiles to valued customers.
