Charges recommended in November shooting in downtown Appleton

APPLETON (WLUK) — Police are recommending charges against a Menasha man for a November shooting in downtown Appleton. Police are recommending Ferris Robinson, 29, be charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Police say Robinson has been in jail since mid-December when he was arrested on “numerous” warrants and felony probation violations.
