APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – The southeastern Wisconsin man accused of murdering a 22-year-old in Appleton on Christmas Eve pleaded not guilty in Outagamie court on Thursday. Court records show that 21-year-old Racine resident Elliot L. Campbell faces one charge of 1st-Degree Intentional Homicide for allegedly shooting and killing Elijah Dodson of Milwaukee.
