Gas prices surge across Wisconsin due to refinery issues

(WLUK) — Gas prices spiked across Wisconsin with the average now over $3.00 a gallon, the first time in nearly three months. Average gasoline prices in Green Bay have risen 28.5 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.07/g today, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 127 stations in Green Bay.
