GREEN BAY (WLUK) – Plans are on the tracks for a new train ride to make its debut at Bay Beach Amusement Park next summer. Next Wednesday, the city’s parks committee is scheduled to take up an agreement between the city and the Friends of Bay Beach for new train tracks that will take park visitors along the water between the new all-inclusive playground and an area east of the Zippin Pippin roller coaster.
