The Green Bay Correctional inmate accused of killing his cellmate he only knew for a few hours has had his bond set. WBAY reports that 24-year-old Jackson Vogel made his first court appearance last Friday (September 13th) and pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from the death of 19-year-old Micah Laureano.
