GREEN BAY (WLUK) — A 26-year-old Green Bay man was arrested after an hours-long standoff Monday on the city’s east side. The incident took place in the 800 block of S. Baird Street. It began when the man was seen “making threatening gestures” at Green Bay police officers who were in the area speaking with neighbors about recent disturbances, “causing safety concerns.”
