APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) – A woman was formally charged Monday with stabbing her boyfriend to death in July. Last Friday, investigators from the Appleton Police Department confined a 39-year-old Appleton woman identified as Samantha J. Krebs at the Outagamie County Jail. Police said Krebs has been in custody since July.
