Packers QB Jordan Love’s Condition Revealed Ahead of Week 3

The status of Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love received a significant update regarding his health ahead of the team’s Week 3 matchup against the Tennessee Titans.

Love sustained a Grade 1 sprained MCL in his left knee during the final moments of the Packers’ 34-29 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in São Paulo, Brazil, on Sep. 6, 2024.

The injury occurred as Love tried to avoid a sack but was brought down by Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter. Love finished the game with 260 passing yards, two touchdowns, and one interception before being replaced by Malik Willis for the final play.

Initially, there were concerns that the injury might be more serious. However, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport , Love has a realistic chance of suiting up this Sunday.

“My understanding is he at least has a realistic chance of being out there against the Titans,” Rapoport said Friday morning on ” Good Morning Football “. “It’s going to be about, can he be functional? Can he protect himself?”
