GREEN BAY (WLUK) – A second suspect is in custody for an August murder in Green Bay. Jail records show an 18-year-old male was arrested Monday, one day after another 18-year-old male was arrested for the Aug. 7 shooting death of Brandon Ramirez. The incident happened in the 1200 block of Berner Street. Investigators say someone he knew dropped him off at the hospital, where he died two days later.
