GREEN BAY (WLUK) – The three suspects arrested for an east-side Green Bay murder have all appeared in court, but formal charges have not been filed. Brandon Ramirez, 21, was shot Aug. 7 in the 1200 block of Berner Street. Investigators say someone he knew dropped him off at the hospital, where he died two days later.
