GREEN BAY (WLUK) – Plea negotiations continue for the author knows as “Uncle Fester” on a series of drug charges, so no trial date was set Monday. Stephen Preisler, 66, gained renown for his books on how to make ricin, methamphetamine and other drugs. Last year, he was chargedwith multiple drug manufacturing and delivery counts. Since then, additional charges, including drug possession and bail jumping, have been added.
