MARINETTE, Wis. (WBAY) – Comedian Rosie O’Donnell is speaking out after reports that her daughter was arrested in both Marinette and Oconto counties in the past month. Online court records show Chelsea Belle O’Donnell, who lives in Amberg, was formally charged in Marinette County a month ago with being party to the crimes of maintaining a drug trafficking place, neglecting a child under 6 years old (no harm), disorderly conduct/domestic abuse, and possession of methamphetamine, THC and drug paraphernalia.
