GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Houses of Honor has been putting on their annual “Salute to Service” event for 8 years, with support from the community growing every year. On Sunday, Houses of Honor Founder, Cathy Kohlbeck, and her dozens of volunteers hosted the event for area veterans at Stadium View, where more than 300 people attended.
