GREEN BAY − Ready to improve your putting skills and become a better golfer on the green? This new business in east Green Bay can help.
Putt Social , an indoor minigolf facility, is a sister company of Indoor Golf at 2255 Main St., and offers a nine-hole track. Erich Norenberg, general manager of both businesses, said they wanted to build something for everyone to enjoy regardless of their golf skill level.
“Many people come who are not golfers,” he said. “They come because their friends golf, well now they can have fun too.”
Construction started in late summer and opened last week. The nine holes have water and sand bunker hazards. Some are long others are curved. Norenberg said some are built to make people think before they try to putt.
“Some are very challenging and nearly impossible to make in one stroke,” he said.
Prices for adults are $11 for 18 holes and $17 for 36; children from ages 4 to 12 pay $8 and $14; and toddlers (4 and younger) play for free.
