If there’s one thing Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni has shown over his four-year run with the team it’s that he has full control of the locker room.
His messaging always appears to be on point for what the team truly needs.
The message in place for the team heading into their Wild Card matchup against the Green Bay Packers? More of the same as what got them there in the first place.
“The main thing we really talked about was like, as you come in here, you don’t say, ‘Hey, we won 14 games, we won the NFC East, now here’s what we’re gonna do,’” Sirianni said. “It’s getting back to our toughness, detail, and together and understanding that our process through the week is what gives you a chance to win a football game.
“It doesn’t guarantee you a chance to win a football game, it gives you a chance to play at the best of your abilities, it gives you a chance to, again, win the football game when you go through this week.”
