GREEN BAY, Wis. — Charges are filed in connection with an alleged Green Bay murder.
James Dorr, Jr. is facing counts of first-degree intentional homicide, mistreatment of animals causing death and possession of meth.
According to the criminal complaint, Dorr stabbed a man to death at a residence in the 1500 block of Capitol Drive on Jan. 28. Investigators say the victim was stabbed 27 times. The man’s dog was also stabbed to death…
