‘Ciao, Italia’: Heritage Modern Supper Club at Legacy Hotel in Green Bay hosting Chef’s Week

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A true taste of Italy without ever having to leave Green Bay is happening during Chef’s Week at Heritage Modern Supper Club at Legacy Hotel.

The launch of Chef’s Week, which began on Tuesday, March 25, and will run until Saturday, March 29, is a new monthly dining series that invites guests to “Add a stamp to your culinary passport.”

March’s theme is ‘Ciao, Italia,’ with a seven-course menu highlighting some of Italy’s most iconic flavors, from risotto to stuffed meatballs to tiramisu.

“Basically, the whole theme of Chef’s Week is to get creative and inventive because doing the same stuff every day, which is still great, gets us out of our box a little bit and lets me work on different things and learn different things,” said Aaron Morse, Legacy Hotel Heritage Modern Supper Club Executive Chef. “So whatever the theme is, then I kind of do some research on it, making it all more fun.”…
