Kaukauna man charged with killing his father wants to consider insanity plea

APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) – A man accused of killing his father in Appleton last year is asking the court for a mental health evaluation.

The attorney for Gregory Juedes, who turns 46 Sunday, filed a motion for a change of plea and requesting an evaluation for a not guilty by plea of insanity (NGI) evaluation. The formal plea would be not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.
