AFTERNOON/TONIGHT: This afternoon we will continue to see sounds of rain, snow, sleet, and freezing rain. Most of this will be in Northeast Minnesota, but Northern Wisconsin will get clipped too. Ice accumulations will be possible through midnight. After midnight we will see cloudy skies and breezy winds, but little to no precipitation. Lows will be in the 20s.
SATURDAY: On Saturday morning, we will start with cloudy skies, and we should remain dry through the early afternoon. After 2pm there will be some rain, freezing rain, and sleet moving into our far southern counties. After 6pm that wintry mix moves further north and should arrive in the Ports after that. That wintry mix will turn into snow for the Ports, Central Minnesota and North Shore. Snow will continue overnight with totals between 3-8” overnight. Winds will be northeast 15-25mph gusting to 35mph.
SUNDAY: Scattered snow showers will continue for the Ports, Central Minnesota, and Northern Wisconsin through the morning. In the afternoon, we will have cloudy skies and breezy winds out of the northeast 10-20mph. Highs will be in the upper 20s and lower 30s…
