GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A man from Green Bay was arrested for his involvement in a head-on crash Tuesday night on Velp Avenue , and officers say two other people remain hospitalized.
According to the Green Bay Police Department , a 22-year-old man, allegedly driving one of the involved vehicles at a high rate of speed, was arrested overnight after being treated for serious injuries.

Officers also noted that they are looking to speak with the driver of a black pickup truck that witnesses claim to have seen in the area at the time of the crash, which occurred just before 7 p.m. on April 1 on Velp Avenue near Wilson Avenue.
Two other people involved in the crash were seriously injured and remain hospitalized.
