GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — An investigation is underway after a juvenile was allegedly assaulted by a masked man Monday near Joannes Park.
Green Bay police say an officer took the report around 11:30 a.m. The assault took place in the area of Joannes Park and Kurtz Avenue.
