(WFRV) – A man from Green Bay had his cash bond set at $15,000 after allegations of pointing a gun at someone while at a golf course in Brown County.
According to a criminal complaint obtained by Local 5, 33-year-old Phamorn Keomanyvong is facing seven charges related to an incident where he allegedly pulled a gun on someone at The Woods Golf Club. On May 7, around 1:40 p.m., officers were sent to The Woods Golf Club for a reported weapons call.
It was reported that an off-duty employee showed up, pulled a gun on someone, threatened to shoot up the residence and then left. When authorities arrived, they spoke to the person who allegedly had the gun pulled on them.

The person reportedly told authorities that Keomanyvong showed up and talked in the parking lot about a prior incident. Keomanyvong then allegedly pulled a gun out and started arguing, according to the complaint…
