GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Over 140 tattoo artists from Green Bay and around the world in the heart of downtown this weekend for Tattoo Fest Green Bay. The event making its colorful debut inside the KI Convention Center.
Hundreds came out throughout the day to work with artists who were looking to get some new ink. The family-friendly event is open to the public, with tattooing available on-site for guests ages 18 and over, and live tattooing competitions.
