Man Accused of Threatening to Shoot Three People Free on Bond

The man accused of threatening to shoot three people last week is now free on bond.

20-year-old Kameron C. Koch of Mishicot was given a $10,000 recognizance bond, informally known as a signature bond, by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa on a charge of making Terrorist Threats.

Two people contacted Manitowoc Police last Thursday, where they showed a Snapchat message from Koch where he said “I grabbed my gun for a reason,” and referenced a phone call where the man said, “You should probably leave before I shoot up the place,” referring to the Perkins’ Park and Ride…
