GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A 34-year-old Green Bay man accused of making terroristic threats against Bellin Health over concerns about his care has been found guilty but not guilty by reason of mental disease on two felony charges.
Court records show Anthony Novello was found guilty but not guilty due to mental disease for making terrorist threats and for bodily harm or threat to an employee of a health care facility or their family.

The charges stem from an incident on July 10, 2023, at Bellin Health in Ashwaubenon, where Novello allegedly threatened to slap or possibly kill people if he was not cared for properly.
According to the criminal complaint, an employee told investigators that Novello called and was “extremely upset” about his care earlier that morning.
