GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Four people, including three children, find themselves without a home after a fire broke out Sunday night on the east side of Green Bay.
According to a release from the Green Bay Metro Fire Department, firefighters responded at 8:14 p.m. for reports of a fire inside the lower unit of a two-story home on 1109 Klaus Street.

Officials say they were on the scene within three minutes and arrived to see all the occupants of the building safely evacuated, with light smoke seen coming from the home.
Crews then entered the home through the front door and encountered “moderate” smoke before finding and putting out a small fire in a corner involving kitchen materials…
