APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) – Appleton police shared a video on their Facebook page to bring traffic safety to the top of everyone’s mind — especially if you have a child with an electric bike.
In the video you can see at least four people cutting through oncoming traffic at a roundabout at E. College Ave. and turning left onto S. Walter Ave. last weekend.
