NEENAH, Wis. (WLUK) – Kootenai County Fire and Rescue Battalion Chief Frank Harwood was one of two firefighters tragically killed in an ambush on firefighters over the weekend in Idaho.
Mike Robinson, a friend of Harwood’s since childhood, said he was stunned to hear of his death.
