DeadCellZones.com, a database tracking cell phone coverage issues just dropped a list of the worst cities for dead zones, and Green Bay, Wisconsin, landed near the top.
It ranked third in the country, with 407 complaints per million people about bad service. Only Boulder, Colorado, and Cincinnati, Ohio, had it worse than the home of the Packers.
