GREEN BAY (WLUK) — More and more problems are sprouting up at The Fort at the Railyard mixed-income apartment complex in downtown Green Bay.
The complex had its grand opening last Tuesday, after nearly six years of work and significant financing struggles to get the project going after the COVID-19 pandemic hit.
