KAUKAUNA — There’s a new blacksmith in Kaukauna.
Vince DeLaPaz will be firing up the forge this weekend, July 12 and 13, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. His creations will be for sale in the Mansion’s gift shop. You can stop down at the mansion to say hello and see how this lost art is practiced.
DeLaPaz also will be working in the blacksmith shop at the Grignon Mansion during next month’s events, the Rob Jackels Memorial Car Show, Aug. 10 and the Civil War reenactment weekend, August 23-24…
