We are beginning our Sunday with areas of patchy dense fog that should burn off fairly quickly throughout the morning. That will lead to mainly sunny and comfy day with high temperatures in the upper 70s and low 80s.
However, we will have wildfire smoke linger about the area today both aloft and at the surface. An AIR QUALITY ALERT is in effect until noon today for the entire state. The next update comes in at 11am, where I do expect this will be extended.
Tonight, mostly cleat skies with lows in the middle and upper 50s. Smoke will continue to linger, so keeping the windows closed is likely a smart idea…
