GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – There’s yet another proposal for developing the former Associated Bank parking lot in downtown Green Bay.
The city purchased the lot, 200 N. Monroe Ave., in 2019, and has been trying to develop the site. A 2019 plan that included a grocery store and 80 housing units didn’t materialize. Neither did a 2021 proposal for a different grocery story and 172 housing units.
Last year, the city granted Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions a six-month planning option for a 175-unit development, with 148 rental units, and 27 townhomes. That expired in April, however, with no action…
