While U.S. housing development slumps, Green Bay sees major growth

GREEN BAY – While cities across the U.S. have seen a decrease in housing development since 2022, Green Bay has not only maintained a steady rate of development, but even increased.

In 2024, 1,825 new housing units were authorized compared to only 1,249 in 2022 — an increase of 46.1% in two years.
