NEENAH (WLUK) — A group of Canada geese is causing problems at a popular spot in Neenah.
In a Facebook post Friday, the city said it has temporarily turned off the water to the Children Playing in the Rain fountain at Riverside Park “due to an unexpected (and rather messy) visit from some Canada geese who’ve taken a strong liking to it.”
Officials have drained and power washed the fountain multiple times this week, but the geese just keep coming back. The city says continuing to drain and wash the fountain isn’t sustainable long-term…
