Outagamie County cancels test of warning sirens Saturday due to predicted severe weather

OUTAGAMIE COUNTY (WLUK) — A scheduled test of Outagamie County’s outdoor warning sirens has been canceled.

According to the county’s emergency management deputy director, sirens were supposed to sound at noon Saturday for audible testing.

However, due to severe weather in the forecast throughout the day, the test was canceled “to avoid causing unnecessary confusion or concern for the public.”…
