Urban deer bow-hunting plan reaches Howard Village Board

HOWARD, Wis. (WBAY) – Howard village officials are meeting Monday to review and possibly take action on a deer management proposal.

The plan would allow up to two bow hunters to harvest deer at the industrial park and Gordon Neuman dog park to curb the village’s growing deer population.
