Public Nurses Encourage People To Check Measles Vaccine Status After Recent Outbreak

(WJFW) – According to the Oneida County Health Center, a measles outbreak in the state of Wisconsin has reached 14 cases.

The outbreak started in Oconto County near Green Bay from air travel and is now starting to spread locally.

Oneida County Health Center nurse Bonnie Fralick said “It’s one of the most contagious viruses that are out there. It’s one where if someone coughs or sneezes those droplets can be in the air for two hours after the person passed.”…
