APPLETON (WLUK) — Richard “Dick” Reetz died June 11, but the lifelong Appleton resident and landlord always had a goal in mind.
“Dick spent his whole life in Appleton. He was a landlord who cared. He really wanted to house people safely and affordably,” said Lisa Strandberg, executive director at Pillars, Inc., which provides shelter and resources to individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
