Resigning Outagamie Co. Judge Mark McGinnis won’t face charges for jailing man over private dispute

OUTAGAMIE COUNTY, Wis. (WBAY) – The special prosecutor handling a state probe into allegations against Outagamie County Judge Mark McGinnis says he won’t face charges for jailing a man over a private dispute not before the court during a probation revocation hearing in 2021.

As we first alerted you on Thursday night, McGinnis provided the governor with his resignation letter, effective February 1st, this week.
