Nonprofits receive nearly $160,000 to support women and girls in northeast Wisconsin

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) -Thirteen local nonprofits will receive a total of $159,500 from the Women’s Fund of Greater Green Bay to support programs that empower women and girls across Northeast Wisconsin.

From a release, the funding, awarded through the Women’s Fund’s summer 2025 grant cycle, will support services ranging from youth mentorship and childcare access to survivor advocacy and leadership development. Community fundholders contributed more than $75,000 to the effort, boosting the total amount awarded.

This grant cycle highlights the incredible work being done to create opportunities, strengthen families, and uplift women and girls in the region.
