Man gets prison time for crashing into police vehicle in Ashwaubenon, injuring officer

GREEN BAY (WLUK) — Juan Pedroza was sentenced Tuesday to 30 months in prison for fleeing an undercover drug officer, then crashing into the squad car.

Pedroza, 45, pleaded no contest to three counts, including first-degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of methamphetamine and bail jumping for the Jan. 11, 2022, incident. Multiple other counts were dismissed.

He was also placed on extended supervision for five years, and was ordered to write an apology letter to the officer by Judge Samantha Wagner. Pedroza has more than two years of credit for time already served…
