MENASHA, Wis. (WBAY) – An Illinois man, ranked on Chicago’s “Top Ten Fugitives” list by the FBI, was arrested early Wednesday morning in Menasha, police said.
Menasha Police said officers received word from the FBI Chicago Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force that a 23-year-old Illinois man, ranked on Chicago’s “Top Ten Fugitives” list, may have been in the area.
The man was wanted for First-Degree Murder in Riverdale, Cook County, Illinois. Menasha Police didn’t release his name…
