The NEW Community Shelter is one step closer to expanding its reach with a new residential property, and CEO Terri Refsguard is making sure nothing – not even an overgrown lot – stands in the way.
After recently clearing houses from the site across the street from the shelter, what’s left is an empty patch of land filled with weeds, rocks, and debris.
