MENASHA, Wis. (WBAY) – “Police Lights of Christmas” is back with their annual “Cop-etition”, where local authorities take themed pictures to raise money for the local community.
“Police Lights of Christmas” is working with 17 different police departments in the state to connect with the community through charity events like “Cops at Culver’s”, “Ride with the Lights”, and this “Cop-etition”.
This year’s theme is “Awkward Blue Family Photos”…
