GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – A competency hearing was ordered in Brown County Court on Thursday for a man accused of stabbing two people.
Neng Vue faces one felony charge of 2nd-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, along with several misdemeanors, with the judge adding Use Of A Dangerous Weapon modifiers to all but one charge.
