Appleton woman receives 15-year prison sentence for fatal Menasha OWI crash

OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Amanda Wolfgram will serve 15 years in prison and 15 years on extended supervision for her role in the 2024 crash in Menasha that killed Kyle Ritchie and left two others injured.

Wolfgram was charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle while having prior intoxicant-related conviction/revocation, a Class C felony. She also was sentenced to six years on a count of operating while intoxicated causing injury – second and subsequent offense, a Class H felony. The second charge carries three years of initial confinement and three years of extended supervision. The two sentences will be served concurrently.

Wolfgram, then 25, struck another vehicle at approximately 8:07 p.m. on July 13, 2024, near Third Street and De Pere Street in Menasha. Wolfgram was driving in the wrong lane of traffic and had a blood alcohol level of .111, according to the criminal complaint…
