Tippecanoe County, IN – A Wisconsin man was arrested late Friday night after allegedly leading Indiana State Police on a high-speed pursuit along Interstate 65 in Tippecanoe County.
According to Indiana State Police, the incident occurred on October 23, 2025, just before 11:00 p.m., when Trooper Wiley attempted to stop a 2012 GMC Sierra traveling more than 110 miles per hour in a 60-mph zone near the 168-mile marker.
The driver, later identified as James Richard, 42, of Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin, allegedly refused to stop and continued southbound on I-65. Trooper Wiley pursued the vehicle until it came to a stop near the 156-mile marker…
