Gas prices reverse trend, rise in Northeast Wisconsin

(WLUK) — A refinery fire is being blamed for reversing the trend of falling gas prices — and analysts have their eyes on geopolitics to see where prices go in the near future.

According to GasBuddy, the average price of a gallon of gas in the Green Bay area rose 15.2 cents to $2.80 in the past week. Prices in the area ranged from $2.57 to $3.17 per gallon as of Sunday.
